Operated by Cherry Allen and Mark Ritchie, Foot Flats Farm is located on the East end of Amherst Island, which is just west of the city of Kingston and the Thousand Islands.

Foot Flats is a working sheep farm with a flock of over one thousand ewes. We have been developing our approach and refining our unique crossbred ewe since we began operations on Amherst Island in 1992. Cherry has over 40 years experience in dairy and sheep farming in the U.K. and Canada. Mark has over 40 years experience in sheep farming in the U.K., New Zealand and Canada.
